Agentplus Inspections app for iPhone and iPad

The Agentplus Mobile App gives you the ability to conduct all your property inspections (Ingoing/Condition, Routine, Outgoing/Final) on your mobile device (iPhone or iPad).

Logging in to the App is only allowed for Agentplus users. Upon successful login, booked inspections for the logged in user will download/synchronise automatically to your device.

As new inspections booked in Agentplus are cloned from previously completed inspections, data entry on the device will be minimal as you will only need to enter new or altered details. You can also update details of the property while performing the inspections and these details will update against the property when the finished inspection is uploaded back into Agentplus.

You have the ability to update the inspection details relating to each of the rooms for the property. Rooms and line items (details of the room) can also be added/deleted/moved and renamed. You also have the ability to take photos for each inspection. As photos taken on the App are done within the room being inspected, each photo is named according to the room it was taken in. You can upload/synchronise Finished/Cancelled inspections one at a time or all at once. Communication between the App and Agentplus is achieved via WI-FI, 3G or 4G connectivity.

The completed inspections uploaded back into Agentplus are ready for you to review. Reports are produced with the inspections photos. Photos on the reports are labelled according to the room the photos were taken in. The inspection reports are then view-able via the online portal by the property Owner.
